In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days of the ship date of your order to check return eligiblity. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements. WPackNow will not refund shipping costs and, if your order is eligible to be returned, you will need to pay for postage to our headquarters.

To gain eligibility to return your product(s), you must meet the following criteria:

  1. The product(s) must be unopened
  2. The product(s) must have no damage to its original packaging
  3. You must contact and receive an Order Refund Number
  4. The invoice, Order Refund Number, original packing slip, the order reference number, and your email address must be included with the return

You are not eligible to return your product(s) if:

  1. The product(s) are open
  2. The product(s) is damaged
  3. You've ordered too many of an item
  4. You do not have the original packing slip or order reference number

We'll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. This may take 2-3 business days for the refund to post depending on the card-issuing bank.
